1. Manage In: Step Into and Engage in the Management Role
Managing In is a mindset centered on SELF. It has a focus to improve your CAPABILITY to execute behaviors, tactics and actions associated with the development of your personal management skill set. Development of well-tuned management skills takes experience, time, and practice. Managing Forward is a mindset centered on your TEAM.
